I'v won an item but seller is not responding to my queries. I asked seller to give me his address so that I could pay him N take an item which I have won as seller is not going to ship the Item. No matter which payment method I choose, (Cheque, DD or buyers pickup & pays) all needs seller's address but seller is not responding to my queries, What should I do now? As you could see my feedbacks I believe in paying within 5 min after winning. Pls help me. What kind action I could take against this seller? Is it pos to file case under cyber law?
