how to cancel the bid

i am new to ebay.for suppose if any person won the bid and he doesnot want to purchase the item.why because he is getting same item with lowest price where he won on that bid.
so wat he should do now. reply to me anyone plz

If the buyer has won the item then you cannot cancel his bid. You can however cancel bids before your auction ends.

once the auction is completed, and u won the item , u are agreed to purchase that item, and u can't cancle the bid

case 2) if the auction is not complete, u can request to the seller to remove the id from bid, this will do only by seller, not u
