has somebody received gift items on purchase of more than 10000 ?

I had purchased a digital camera from ebay costing more than Rs 10000 during the period (till 31st dec) when ebay was giving free gifts (like 2gb mp3 player)on purchase of more than 10000. But till now I have not received any gift from ebay. Is there anybody who has received gift items on such purchase and after how many days.

I bought a product worth more than 10,000 in feb during valentine free gift period, but I have not received the Free gift as yet. I have emailed , chated and talked to the ebay customer care people many times, but they dont have any answer to my questions, apart from fake assurances that I will get my gift soon. Initially they told me that i I will get my gift after 45 days. But now even after 120 days I have not received the gift. I want to know one thing, from All u experinced people, Can we go to Consumer forum for the justice on this issue? As this a cheating and befooling the customers....... please reply soon guys, I think we need to teach them a lesson.

dear friend,its very sad to know about your situation...i am also one of victims of ebay fake gift offer...i m also soon going to file case against ebay in consumer court chandigarh....you too file case against ebay in consumer court....we must teach them a strict lession this time.....FAKE COMITTMENT,FAKE EBAY,FAKE RESPONSE....SHAME ON EBAY

Count me in... I've as well paid and picked up about 20k worth of projector and never got the Gift they mentioned..

In options i selected a WiFi Router.. Which never turned up..

When i called after a month they said they shipped it last week and will reach soon.. After 2 months they said the address was wrong so it came bac.. How can this be true when I bought so many things and everything comes home as expected.

Later they said i selected a Vaccum Cleaner... Which i denied.. And it went On and on and on and I had to speak to the most Pathetic bit of Customer service i've ever come across and till date nothing ever's shown up on my doorstep....

Forget Fake Sellers... How Genuine is E-Bay??
