fake seller e mail id and phone number

i have purchased one laptop from e bay on 12 th od august and payment done through paisa pay. Now when i call to the seller some other person received the phone and told me that this is not the exact person phone number. Besides of that i have send lots of mail to the seller and cant give not a single reply through e mail. Now i am from Assam and the seller is from Delhi and cant clear mention the address also.

The seller takes 19th deadline for shipment of the material. Now if the seller fail to send the material then what was the status of my money?? Shall i got refund or not??

Also by received the material if i found that the material was not match with the published material then what i will do??

Becouse the seller was totally froude.

Please suggest me what to do now.

No need of worry.If the seller fail to send the material within the timlimit Paisapay system automatically refund tour money.your money is safe as you made it using Paisapay.Be happy!

Donot worry even if you think the product is not as described or anyhting faulty with the same, donot confirm the item receipt and start not as described claim claim, and ebay guarantee claim, the paisapy payment is very safe it safeguards you against all the non -delivery, then the faulty product and others,

If you have paid with paisapay you can sleep with no tension of your money falling in false hands.
