When Contacted the seller for Replacement.

Seller: It is VALID
Buyer: Can you show proof that it is VALID when the official website says it is NOT and also it says that such numbers will be disconnected soon.
Buyer: Can you give it writing that the numbers are VALID ??

Dear eBay authorities for a moment keep aside you "45Day Protection" and realize that such sellers
are duping customers on your online portal. It is a black mark for eBay and you should support
the buyers.
I kindly request you to
1. Ask the seller to refund the money as advertised.
2. If the seller doesn't comply, BAN this seller on eBay.

Q2: Why did you not visit the community boards, why did you ignore the warnings sent out to you by your mobile phone service provider?

A2: mobileaccessories said there was no need and it was just a matter of updating the database. He promised/ assured us not to worry.

Q3: Still Yogen is there to help the buyer by getting their phones fixed for the imei problem even now.
A3: Great! But the IMEI is Valid ? (As per Govt. Dot Rules).
Lets say after one month all the numbers issued by Govt.Dot. are
banned. Would you replace ?

Q4: Than they go complaining that they have got a lemon.
A4: Just give what you have advetized (VALID IMEI).

I would appreciate if you would speak to the point.

Excellent.
I understand this from your post.

1. You will implant IMEI and make sure that it is not blocked.
Also you will give in writing that the IMEI will be valid as per Govt. Dot rules and if found INVALID or if its is withdrawn in the future(since it is issued after Nov30) you will REPLACE the handset with a NEW working VALID IMEI phone or 100% refund.

2. I will bear the courier charges.

3. The IMEI number is at your expense as promised.

Is my understanding correct ?
