credit card not processing !!!

i used vouched of Rs 100 off and then used pay now option - i am taken to mastercard where i type my securecode etc. then i clik enter button !!! Then i get message pymt UNABLE TO, pymt. not processed please select dffrent pymt credit card !!
CallED the bank customer service they say there is NO INPUT of me dong failed transaction - so it has to be ebays error, right??? what the HELL !!!!!!!!! HOW TO BUY LIKE THIS???X-(

Even I have the same problem now (the same card I am using at other payment gateways) It looks like ebay/paisapay has a problem with mastercard
have reported to ebay/paisapay and also reported using chat

They just acknowledge and no action taken for more than 5 days. Wonderful service...

I called up ebay customer support.
Lady told me this is a known problem and they are working on fixing it.........should be OK by Monday morning.
But even now I tried (Monday evening) and same problem persists.
Seems like ebay does not want our business!

It's my first time to purchase on ebay and I simply cannot process my online transaction using paise pay. During the same period I have successfully made purchases on indiatimes and redifmail. Despite sending few mails, I just got 1 automated response, yet no solution to my problem. I really wanted to get some of the items I won on bidding. The consolation however is, that after reading so many blogs on poor quality / cheating by the sellers, I wonder is it's a blessing in disguise.

Paisapay using debit cards of SBI,Axis,HDFC failed as message "payment could not be completed.use different payment method"I wasted nearly 1 hr and missed buying.
There is OBT but only Citi,Icici and HDFc bank is allowed.Atleast cant you include SBI,Axis or HDFC. so that in cases pof failed card txns,atleast OBT can be used by many more buyers.
Is ebay listening?
