credit card not processing !!!

i used vouched of Rs 100 off and then used pay now option - i am taken to mastercard where i type my securecode etc. then i clik enter button !!! Then i get message pymt UNABLE TO, pymt. not processed please select dffrent pymt credit card !!
CallED the bank customer service they say there is NO INPUT of me dong failed transaction - so it has to be ebays error, right??? what the HELL !!!!!!!!! HOW TO BUY LIKE THIS???X-(

although i did manage to make a purchase it took me 2 attempts - so ebay pls look into it

Still Buyers are reporting hiccups in payment! Please look into it.

Also I was told that this disruption was for integration of some more banks/cards, we are anxiously waiting for the good announcement (for a change).
