The sellers should not be allowed to threaten buyers by saying things like the seller will be isolated and warranty will be void if he provides negative feed back etc. Wy should warrranty be void if feedback is negative? Warranty should depend on the condition of the product.

I also sometimes see sellers stating categorically that buyers who give them a negative feedback will be given negative feedback in return.

This is a blatant and extreme abuse of the feedback system. Both sellers and buyers should have the freedom to give negative feedback if they have a valid reason without fear of receiving a retaliatory negative feedback.

Retaliatory negative feedback, and threat to give one, should be severely dealt with by eBay.
