Zero feeback...?

Hi all. Just won and paid for a new music system which looks great, but have just noticed something odd - the seller's feedback score is zero even though they have been a member since 2005. Is this something I ought to be worried about? I'm sure it's not possible for the person to have deleted any negative feedback about items not being sent etc in all that time, so hoping it'll be alright. Just seemed a little odd - any thoughts?
