Not Working since I received Mobile
Date of Claim : 12 Sep 2014
After 1 month by chasing the Iberry team on call center number, I have sent the Phone to Chennai
I have received the return courier on 3rd Nov 2014 through Aramex
On the same Day i.e 3rd Nov 2014 I have updated them that phone is not working and the Charger Soket / Adpter is missing in the Box.
today Beeing 19th Nov 2014, I have lost time, Money and top of that Call center team is disconnecting the call and i have wait in que for the call for 10 to 15 minits all the time.
1. Ebay stated that to contact seller and close the issue as the product is under warrently,
2. Seller Not responding
3. I have tried Auxus Support call center team but no response.
Any one have patience to get the solution for this.
