What should I do with this seller: it_mega_mart

Transaction: USED PENTIUM III COMPUTER MACHINE WITH WARRANTY (#160002290342) sold by it_mega_mart on 28-Jun-2006.
Have not recd. the item as yet.
Recd. : Excuses & false assurances
Could not file the "Item Not Recd Complaint" as I believed the seller's assurances.
What Can I do Now....
Sugesstions welcome

PS: I have lost faith in the seller, & do not want his used computer any more..... want compensation for harassment

Hello,
Take up the matter with ebay and also get the address of the seller from ebay and take up the matter in two fronts:
1. Take all possible steps on ebay to pressurise the seller. Open a item not received dispute and complain ebay on the matter.

2. May be the seller has some genuine problem or may be other way round. Get the address of the seller alongwith the contact nos etc and go after his blood to either refund the money or send the item.

Still I suggest to initially take up the matter with patience, may be the seller has some genuine problem (or even other way round). I hope the matter should be resolved soon.
