ebay calls it a customer security. I made payment to one of the displayed items in the ebay. Every thing was all right at the time of payment. After substantial loss of time I did not get the goods bought. Remember I paid the money.
Now the scenario is " Customer says ebay is not making the payment & hence withheld the goods"
ebay says that the customer is not a member of ebay"
My patient questions.
Question No :1 . Could any street walker can participate in ebay selling or there is a standing name for entry in ebay site..
2. The ebay sites display good stars/feedback on the seller till my payment was received. Now the customer says that ebay withheld the payments for the reasons better known to them... when forwarded ebay smoothly writes that the seller is not a registered member....
3 Logically or in reality how the above contradictory factors could happen on ebay site..
4.Still I am having patience to wait...
5. My last question is that once the seller is not bonafide one why ebay allowed to participate on the action and allowed me to make the payment or to go one step further in protecting the customer interest ebay could have refunded the amount immediately on the grounds stated by them to protect the interest of the ebay customers...
I hope ebay would appreciate and take it positively. With the money I paid definitely I can't build a castle...
but whether ebay's interest is in protecting the interest of the buyers... Genuine buyer that too after paying for goods.....

Please note I Am only a buyer made the payment & not at all seller!!!!! e bay please do not classify this as a point from seller...

You rightly pointed out that eBay has a responsibility to take care of its buyers. And to ensure that if a seller gets suspended (non registered user), PaisaPay withholds your money.

You can claim a refund by:
http://pages.ebay.in/help/contact_us/_base/index.html
In the first box click on 'Ask about bidding or buying'
In the second box, click on 'PaisaPay transaction'
In the third box, click on 'I need a refund'

I also agree with your point that if a seller gets suspended, the buyer should be informed accordingly.
