I stay in Noida and I have been paying local delivery charges to sellers who are located in NCR without any issues. Now today I purchased an item from a seller located in Delhi. Ebay showed me local delivery charges on the confirmation page. I happily bought the item. But on the payment page the figure suddenly changed to National delivery charges which was double the local delivery charges and there is no option to correct it. With National delivery charges the product is no longer worth the price.
My question is that if eBay thinks that I should pay National delivery charges only then why it isn't showing it on the purchase confirmation page? Had I seen it there I wouldn't have bought the product.

Simply ask the seller to send you the corrected invoice and pay accordingly.
