i PURCHASED A TOSHIBA 1 TB FROM ***,BUT HE SENT ME A HDD WHICH MAKES TERRIBLE SOUND OF "TICK" SOUND AND THE ITEM DESCRIBED WITH USB 3.0(hdd+CABLE) IS NOT WORKING WITH ANY LAPTOPS.
I SENT THE COMPLAINT BUT SELLER NOT EVEN CONTACTED THROUGH PHONE INTIMATED THROUGH EBAY FOR "GO TO SERVICE CENTRE OR COMPLAIN IT TO EBAY".
I RAISED THE CLAIM TO EBAY THEY NEVER CALLED ME WITHIN 7 DAYS BUT I CONTACTED THEM FOR SEVERAL TIMES ON 8TH DAY THEY SPEAK IN FAVOUR OF SELLER AND ASK ME TO GO FOR SERVICE CENTRE.
AS A WOMAN AM I PURCHASE THOUGH EBAY TO GO FOR SERVICE CENTRE WITH A NEW PRODUCT.DEAR FRIENDS KINDLY CONVEY THIS TO YOUR FRIENDS AND SOLVE MY ISSUE.
