U think Ebay is worse? No ...Rediff auctions is a cheater's paradise

Compared to Ebay all other online shopping sites are more worse.Recently i was reading feedback of sellers on rediff auctions and saw how they cheat and harass the buyers to the extreme through the internet.Also their customer support is pathetic and they hardly reply to anybody. It is a scary situation.Even in indiatimes.com their online payment system is faulty and hardly works.Rediff auctions has no features programmed in their website as ebay has so that shopping gets comfortable. Compared to that sellers on ebay are authentic and cooperative. Also Ebay has international standards and a good resolution and claim centre so that u have protection against fraud. Also the customer support replies in 24 hours.If u have any bad buying experience on other sites u can post here.

I had a vary bad first experience with Rediff.com. 5 Years ago, even before eBay or other sites, it was not a big purchase, i think around Rs.400 i guess. After the payment i did not receive the item or reply for my questions. I was about to file a case against them through Consumer court, i did not have time for that. It was total disappointment experience. I don't know how a fraud is allowed to sell in rediff.com and customer support is not replying means what ? No feedback system. So every buyer is almost cheated. Think about the profit they made just posting an item.

I feel all fraud sellers in eBay should be deported to rediff.com, so that eBay will be clean. 🙂

I feel eBay is the best and No.1 in the world. It is Win-Win situation for both buyer and seller. I am proud of selling in eBay. Though i have minor bad experiences, still eBay is the best portal to sell and buy without a trouble.

eBay gives you complete protection for buying an item value up to 50,000.

The worst experience that i had from indiatimes was on my latest birthday. thanks to indiatimes for spoiling it. i have a hobby of collecting barbie dolls and i ordered 3 barbie dolls one month in advance to my birthday.they never delivered anything and when contacted always said that it is coming in next 15 days,next 15 days and so on.
After two months of placing order when i got tired i asked for a refund. then they immeditately sent the dolls to my address. but i had already bought the same dolls from my neighbourhood shop which is just 5 minutes away.i sent the dolls back and asked again for a refund which i got after another 1 month. i wasted nearly 3 months in getting a thing which i could have got in 5 minutes from a local shop.X-(
