I am suffered buyer from Ebay because "itpeg" seller has cheated and provided false comittment.
I brought a good Mobile Handset from Seller, it was mentioned in the selling product that 1GB Micro SD card is free on this item. When I recived the mobile it was having only 64 MB Micro SD card.
This is a cheat and Can any one tell me How should I report this back?
Waiting for your reply,

Dear Girish, We had already shipped the 1GB card the very next day you informed it was missing from the box. The eBay team has not contacted me as of yet for you query posted; luckily just while surfing the Discussion Boards I happened to come across this message of yours and I was surprised. If you have got the 1 GB card then please respond in the affirmative, if you haven’t then we will follow-up the parcel or send you another one. Please email us your address and we will do it within 2 days of your consent. You should have contacted me rather than contacting eBay because this way you would never have got the card; practically 3-4 Months have passed and not once have I got an email/phone call from eBay. Regards
