Too much hassle, cancel orders?

Okay, so uhh.. I bought something 2 days back (I know its not alot of time..) but its getting annoying.

I've already sent the documents to them (photographed copy of the credit card), but they say its not clear enough.. asking me to resend it, I mean wth, the credit card is a platinum card, and those are normally Black.. so they cant be photocopied or scanned properly. Im trying to get a good one which can show the name on it.. Its my dads credit card, yeah lol.. NO its not being used without his permission, can they just call him and verify it?

Nobody replies on the customer support # even after being online for about 45 minutes.

Is there any way I can cancel the Order?

I rather go myself to the market and buy what I wanted to on the spot, atleast its not much of a hassle.

Regards,
griffinax.

Cancelling order is not a solution and not a good sign. We need buyer convinience as it is the only reason people prefer to buy online.

Ebay pls not and do something before this spreads???

Thanks,
Sachin

I used another credit card this time, and ive sent them 5 emails with attached copy of my CC for verification, now I get a mail saying they have'nt recieved'em yet..

I called customer care today morning and they said docs were already received and they'll forward them to the concerned department.. what the heck is this.. pff.

You may please get a picture of the card with a digital camera and send that to ebay for verification.
It will be a clear one and will be easily verified.
