1 mobile phones
no mobile phones because no couriers are accepting mobile phones anymore and if you are buying it from ebay from nowon 70% you wont get it and if you are getting it it will be open delievery and you may not recieve every thing that you opted for.
reason 2 no aircraft is allowing mobile phones to be send as cargo and no even to take with you
2 laptops

4 second hand Cars & Bikes
dont think of buying it if the seller is from other state
registration rules have changed in some states that wont allow other state vechiles unless the owner himself provides valid certificate why he is selling (the process is tedious)and registration process will be very difficult (especially in kerala ,town or placewise numbering process ,not statewise)
