I purchased a 8 cell compatible battery for my HP 9000 series laptop. The battery did not work. I contacted the seller who said that he does not have any compatible battery. he took back the battery and asked me to lodge a refund claim. I was trying to submit the claim online but the "submit claim" button did not work. Now I am afraid the claim period will be over and I may not get the refund. So please help.
