The item was not as described. HP Laptop is without DVD writer.Contacted seller but he refused to attend and did not give reply. Lap top is in trouble. Warranty offered by seller is another cheating. The warranty provider is fake keeping a call center, just enquiring about trouble which can be answered by a a technician and refuse to attend as "software problem". I am miserably cheated by rogue seller. This is my third attempt to inform you, but you are also not attending, Pitiful.
