Sended Item without Bill and Ignoring Mails

I I buyed "TPLINK TD-W8968 300 Mbps Wireless N USB ADSL2 + Modem Router TP Link 5dBi Antena " From  seller  and received the item , BUT the seller failed to send cash VAT Bill along with the Product


I have mailed seller regarding this issue and he is not replying to any of my Emails

so i contacted Ebay support and was told to do a Claim request , and did it

Now my 30 days guarentee period will end soon , i am yet to get CASH  VAT Bill or refund

Kindly do the needfull to speed up the issue ,

Ebay support while contacting me through was very polite though and is professional though  , I think SELLER is trying to  cheat people like me who do online purchase ,

Just Now ebay representivite called me and had me in call conference with seller , He told will send mail by email , Waiting for his mail now

Ebay never help customet. Ebay always tell to talk directly to customer. Its very risky to buy on ebay.in

Again ebay do not insist proper bill on new items. Its big problem. It seems it is illegal too.
