Sandisk customer support in Delhi ?

I recently brought a 8GB microSD sandisk card. ITs not working and seller(the_best.4104) is not ready to help. Can any one tell me where is Customer support center to replace this faulty SD Card in Delhi/Noida.

i have written to Indiasupport@sandisk.com
I got a standard reply asking me to check if i am using it correctly. But they have not tole me the customer support address in Delhi.
I have to replace this SD Card. And i need to visit a Sandisk sales/service center in Delhi.
Any idea where or who can replace this card ?

But it is showing 14 GB only.

tell me how can I get my 99% space from 16 GB pen drive.
or where i can replace it.
