It depends, you will have to know everything about the item before you order. Clarify with the seller in advance. The reseller is just a forwarder of the item.

Don't listen to negative or even positive comments in this forum. Most of them vent out their anger in here rather than advise.

Buy as per eBay norms and you are safe whether its Global purchases or Indian purchases.

Avoid GEB as they over chares, sends product very late (Takes more than 4 weeks). Even if you directly order from seller & through Registered Airmail you would get it at lot cheaper and much earlier.
with GEB there's lot of headaches of NO COMMUNICATION with the Forwarder.
But you can try with iccworld directly from their site for much better service and commnunications.
