I have purchased a 7 INCH 4GB ANDROID 4.0 CAPACITIVE TOUCHSCREEN TABLET PC on 11/08/2012 through ebay & few day before due to some reason its touchscreen got faulty so i had repaired this tablet. When i given it to repairing purpose i found that its Battery was only 2800mAH against supplier quoted 4800mAH in material description page.
When i got the Tablet its was brand new and worked fine before touchscreen got faulty, if i had not given it for repair i could not aware with the mAH rating of Battery.
I also contacted to the supplier on 22,23,24 Nov'12 he disconnected the phone every time.
When i saw the battery rating I also contacted one of the purchaser who has purchased the same material & he told that he also got cheated with same product.
so,i need help what i have Do???
i already log my complaint to ebay claim portal,but i want to know can they help me????? ๐
