I have raised a claim of id :191739 on 1 st April regarding my refund of my item Samsung Galaxy Note 2 worth 28000 since the seller has not even shipped the item.I got a message that it will be automatically refunded since the dead line for shipping has reached .Later they kept my item on hold.Later I got a message from ebay that the particular item and the seller listing are removed.When I check the status of my claim,they kept it on hold.
I contacted the seller and he said he will ask ebay to refund my money.I did not receive any call from ebay claims department.When ever I call ebay they are saying that I will receive call from claims department but I did nt receive any call.
Please check this and take action.
I truely dont know why it is taking this long as even seller called ebay to refund my money.I am highly dissatisfied .I encouraged and made a lot of my friends to buy on ebay but now I regret it and never will.
