Refund Process.

I purchase a phone from a seller on 23rd September. However, he was not able to ship the item and after the time period, received email that the refund request is under process on 30th September, and you will see the refund on your credit card in next 2-3 working days.

I made payment through Citibank credit card, now my question is how much time does it take for the refund to be reflected on my credit card statement.

As of now, neither the charge is reflecting on the credit card nor the refund, but my credit limit has been reduced to the amount (18k) that I have purchased the phone. Will the charge and refund be reflected on same day and when?. Please guide.

I hv got the msg that my paisa pay refund has initiated by the system due to unshipment of my item on the cross of deadline date.i got msg on 2nd april 2013. Plz tell when will proceed my refund . Or can i buy another item without waiting of refund.
