I just bought a book on ebay and used my credit card to pay through paisapay. However when i was sending the payment through it took several attempts before it processed successfully. Then I checked my credit card and paisapay has deducted the amount of the book+postage 5 times! I have only received one receipt. I have emailed ebay india but they are taking ages to reply! Where is the money likely to be (in paisapay or with the seller?) and how am I going to get it back?
