Payment Rejected Through PaisaPay?

Hello,

I am attempting to purchase the an iPod touch. I live in the U.S. so my credit card is from there but I will be on vacation in India for a while that is why I used eBay India. I tried paying for said iPod multiple times with my Visa card but it is continuosly being rejected. I also bought a case for the iPod with the same Visa and it went through succesfully so I know there is nothing wrong with the card. Please let me know what to do as I have no other credit cards with me on vacation and seeing as my bank account is American and will not work through PaisaPay.

The sum for the iPod was roughly Rs. 14,000 if that makes any difference.

There can be several issues. Have you added your India address on ebay?

While making the purchase make sure your India address is the primary address, PaisaPay orders can only be shipped to the address mentioned as per your eBay registration data. Call PaisaPay http://pages.ebay.in/paisapay/phone-support.html

Since it is a High value CC transaction, You might (would) be asked to send either a fax copy or scan copy of your CC to PaisaPay.

Also try asking a few sellers if they accept PayPal.
