Payment Deduted from Bank but no confirmation from paisapay

Hi,

I tried to purchase one of the Item today, i have made my pament through Andhrabank Debitcard , after the successful completion of the payment the amount got deducted from my account but there was no confirmation from the paisaypay also the item is not reflecting in My paisapay. I am helpless trying to reach chat, email, & phone no response so far which will explain me the exact process or what will happen?

Any guidance will be helpful.

I received a message saying -"Your PaisaPay credit / debit card payment cannot be completed. Please select a different payment type."

However the sum of Rs.6750 were deducted from my Andhrabank bank account.

There is no record of purchase history on my ebay account and paisapay id and no confirmation message regarding the purchase has been sent to me.

please respond me as soon as possible.

I tried to Buy a "Sennheiser CX 680 Sports Earphone With 2-year Manufacture Warranty" but the money has been debited form my credit card TWICE & aroung 6500 has been debited but its not reflecting My creditcard no: 5242161000179108 please refund the money
