PLEASE HELP ME ON THE FRAUD ISSUE

Hi,

I had ordered iphone4 from seller zahid2580 which is a fraud and he did not give me the product, i had done a offline transaction and i have the proof of it, i had raised a claim for my refund and also claimed in resolution center. ebay person called me and they said to send the deposit proofs, i did and i wanted to know that will i receive my refund ?, how many days will it take., please some one help the amount is 30K

Forget about the whole thing, nothing can be done now. You should have used your head before you did the deal. The seller is new on ebay that should have discouraged you from dealing outside ebay. Forget about it. I still don't understand why are you reporting this matter so late ???.

Next time be careful, don't be greedy and stick with known sellers only.

you go to the nearest police station and inform them.
i believe you have the account number of the seller.
seller can be easily traced.
you will have to waist lot of time though behind police

but 30k big amount man!

I did in SBI, i went to police station they refused to take the FIR saying this is very difficult to trace i have all the info of his , father name his pan care, mother name , sister name and pan card , bro name and pan card, his name and pan card, his photo , his sis and bro photo,....now tell him i have given all this info to insellerverfication@ebay.com.....i really dono what to do...

I have a friend in HDFC bank , he gave me all the details and also from mumbai we took NOC copy in that everything was there , all the information but i am not able to proceed..he does not live in that address.....
