Reasons:

Product pictures not accurate in the eBay posting

Product Warranty Details not mentioned in the posting

How soon can I expect the Refund of the amount in my bank account? Kindly reply at the earliest.

Like me you will get an indefinite wait and that to only hoping to get your issue resolved one day. In each reply you will be requested to wait another 24-72 hrs till you get the next reply requesting you the same. We should never trust this site to buy products. I am waiting for the last 26 days. I paid the money for a  brand new mobile but got an old one which stopped working within 1 hr. Written several mails and made so many calls. Still no progress. If you click on the products displayed in this site  then only you can find it as old or new, Many sellers here tactfully display their products and their prices which one can assume it as new ones because of the prices you see are of a new ones. People order the products to later find that the product s are old ones. So only option is to avoid buying any products from this site. There are other trustworthy sites to buy. Let us be united to shun this site till it care about the victimised buyers.
