This is very much unfortunate to see you asking for cancellation of your
order from 2013. 4 years past, still you are waiting and communicating.
What a site it is? Very much disgusting.
Like me you will get an indefinite wait and that to only hoping to get
your issue resolved one day. In each reply you will be requested to wait
another 24-72 hrs till you get the next reply requesting you the same.
