Same happened with me, I was buying LED TV and used my payback points total 61823 points were deducted and rest amount i was paying through ICICI netbanking and got error on billdesk payment gateway and payment was not successful.
Please return my payback points as soon as possible, i need to order again.
Totally pathentic experience from ebay, it happened with me 2nd time.
Note for users : If you are using payback for payment then redeem full points, don't pay remaining balance via other methods or your payment will be failed.
