My feedback was rated as abusive and removed by although it was perfectly polite. I described the product as 'disappointing' and said it was made of cheap plastic. Ebay tells me that 'cheap' is an abusive slang term! Why are "power sellers" allowed to remove truthful feedback because it affects their rating?
