The biggest drawback of online buying is that you cannot see the item in actual dimensions nor fully appreciate it from the photograph. The remedy promised for this is that you can return the item after checks.

and found that this is not what I actually wanted and now I want to return it. Ebay washes its hands off the transaction and says it is between me and seller to sort it out ?! Arent the sites like flipkart better off in this regard ?
