I have made two transactions of Rs. 9203.75/ for Sony Xperia on friday. Total amount is Rs.18407.5. Amount went missing as order was successfully confirmed. Its been 6 days now. Despite repeated calls to your customer care department and having numerous request no.'s from your side still my problem has not been resolved. Evrytime I have been given 48 hours to wait. Is there any sense of responsibility?? I am regular buyer for the last many years. Please resolve this issue as early as possible and refund my whole amount.
