I have received a mail from ebay.com with the subject MC999 High number of eBay Buyer Protection cases.
What I would like to know is that:
1. why am I getting this mail from ebay.com ?
2. what is the number of cases one can open under buyer protection
3. why is there a limit on the number of cases that a buyer can open on ebay.com? and finally
4. how to contact ebay.com customer care by mail and not by phone. ebay India CC has no idea about email id of ebay.com CC.
Help from international buyers and sellers in this matter will be much appreciated.
