Item not delivered but ebay is not responding even after raising a dispute

Sir normally the seller replies to a dispute. iNcase the sller dosent reply you can esclate the matter to ebay.

However it will help if you can call the seller personally and talk it out. Most disputes are a result of miscommunicatioN
