Hello, I have made a credit card payment for an item about 4 days ago, but the payment is still pending with PaisaPay (not yet sent to seller). I do not understand how they work, a card payment is supposed to be immediate but they are holding it for so long. This is the peak of ineffeciency. what's even worse is that there is no way to contact them by phone. I have never recieved any response to my mail (other than the auto confirmation msg). I would never recommend using this service nor never use it myself ever again. Not sure how many more people are facing this issue. - saturn_blr

There are a couple of similar messages on the board ,recently, about delay in PaisaPay payment confirmation.

Just want to mention that the sellers just wait for the confirmation of the Payment from PaisaPay. The actual payment comes later according to the schedule. The delay referred is to confirm to the seller that the Payment has been done. This delay must be stopped. Hope eBay India will solve this problem at the earliest.

In case of such delay in confirmation eBay should send a message to the buyer that the seller is awaiting confirmation of the payment. Once the payment is confirmed to the seller then ebay should intimate it to the buyer too. Otherwise it creates misunderstanding among the buyer and seller and some times result in non-positive feedback. .

Hi all

Paisa pay is now working 7 days a week so we can expect things to speed up now.

ALso during the Power Sellers meet yesterday Prashant from paisa pay actually shared a few good tips.

Actually Paisa Pay at times Manually Calls the buyer to verify the purchase.

At times if the buyer isnt reachable there might be some be delays in clearing the payment. Hence incase the seller has been updated but he buyer with any new contact number or any other reason because of which the buyer might have not been available on the phone for a few days the seller might write to Paisa Pay CS to update them and speed up things.

I wanted to buy something for my fiancee and the paisapay is pending for 4 days! Its the height of delay. Dont know what kind of service they are doing. When it was Baazee.com, things moved faster. Ebay has a better look but poorer service. I feel like.
