Hi All,

I bought the item at the below mentioned URL:

and paid through my credit card on 24 of June 2004. As asked by ebay Pasie Pay I faxed the photo copy of my credit card on the same day to them. They called me on 3rd of July and said that they have not received the payment. When I said that I paid by my credit card and already sent the documets. They said the faxed document is not clear. 🙂 I was shocked to hear that...I am wondering were they just waiting for the document to become clear and readable :):) without intimating me.

After that I got an email from the seller. Please have a look

I am sorry to hear about your unhappy transaction. However, Please allow me to assure you that your transaction is protected on eBay. If you are not happy with the transaction, you can ask the seller to refund your money.

the process for the same is:
1. open a Item Not received dispute agasint the seller.
[My eBay >>> Dispute Console (left side bar)>>> open a dispute]

If the seller does not respond, or does not refund yoru money, close the dispute and escalate the calim for Buyer Protection claim.

This will get your money back. Hopw this helps!

I have sent to a SBI bankdraft of Rs.7500/- for the item through DTDC courier on 17th Feb.2007.The DTDC consignment Note No.K22116673, And the bank draft No.326655 in favour of E See Shopping ,service branch Chennai.But still now I could not get cenfirmation from seller.So.please look in to the matter as squick as possible.......

Infront of our eyes many buyers are cheating us.
Simple example. There is a product displayed as SEAGAGATE 80GB External Hard Drive.

The product is displayed with the lable as SEAGATE.

In the last line they have mentioned - The make may vary depending upon the availablility. Thee why the hell inthe world they giving the add as SEAGATE?

We cannot do anything except be carefull.

I too have bad experience.I got 4 deffective items from different sellers & opened the dispute aginst them.Two of them did not respond.Rest r communicating only.Buying goods on e bay india is not leaving pleasent experience now a days.E bay management should take care of this type of sellers to save buyers interest & image of the site.

I think this is my worst buying experiences. I joined ebay to save my time but this is the most messy business. I bought an item and paid for it on the same day and still landed up with notices on my ebay account reminding me for unpaid item. I have already received an email notifying the receipt of Rs.1,701 from paisa pay... they assure the delivery within 3 days and today is the 20th day with all hassles and no delivery. I am doubtful whether I will really get the product for which I have paid. The seller is some "ganesh_store", item no. #260117407400.. I put up a question to the member ganesh_store and they sent me a reply that they have made no deals in last 90 days with me.
