Order though Buy-it-Now, seller denies to deliver

On 11th Mar, 2007, I ordered a DSLR camera through "Buy-it-Now" and made the payment with my Credit Card through PaisaPay.

I reminded seller 2-3 times but they only responded on 15-Mar-2007 telling like this:

Sorry for your inconvenience Caused.We are wrongly quoated the price for that product.So, We are not in the position deliver the product to you. The Actual price for that product is 33850/-. So, we are requested you to pay the balance amount for that product or else please cancell that product. Very Very sorry for your inconvenience Caused for our careless mistake.

Oh.. When I ordered the item to you, I was quite happy enough for the deal. To arrange to immediate payment requirements, I sold my existing digital camera in hurry to someone with very negligible amount, in hope that I have benefitted from this deal.
But now what. I lost my existing camera. You should contact me immediately after the auction. It is almost 5 days and you did not responded to my email also. This is not the business ethic.
Let me know what I should do know. Being won in the auction is not a mistake from me.
I really need a DSLR for me now.
Tell me the right and justified solution.
Hope you will respond me ASAP and not will take 4-5 days as earlier.

Hello O.P.,

Leave the seller a negative rating, open an item not received dispute and get on with your life.

Do you really expect a camera costing 35K plus for 15K?

Do you still believe in the tooth fairiy?

If the seller did not contact you, did you call the seller before making the payment?

For a high value product, always speak with the seller before making the payment.

The seller "smartmall.in" has removed his all items from eBay.

I have ordered a 3 in 1 light and fan with speed control remote control on 8th may 2007 and made the payment through paisa pay, till to day I have not received the item. I sent an email to the seller i.e. Bharat 07, he responded that he delivered the item through Professional courier. I contacted the local branch of professional courier , they told that they have not received this consignment to delivered. Can any body suggest what to do in such asituation?
