If you are being messed around by a seller and ebay is no help - then here is the quick & easy solution:
It only works if you paid with Visa or Mastercard or similar kind of debit/credit card:
1) You call your bank customer service and explain the fraud on your card - then ask for a "chargeback" under the Visa protections. Your bank may ask you to fax a letter with your details and confirming you require a chargeback.
Thats it! - it really is that simple.
Visa refund with-in 48 hours. Look up "chargeback' on google for ebay uk and ebay usa and you will see that this is how buyers have to get their refunds when ebay is no help.
