Pl revert how safe is it to buy from a seller with no feed back and is new in e bay ( joined only a couple of days) but has a whole list of items to offer

dear ,
if u r buying small amount product dont worry , but always use paisapay as payment method , do not use DD , cheque or fund transfer to seller a/c.
for high value product we suggest u please go with power seller or high feedback sellers.
for payment safety please opt only paisapay as payment method.

Thanks for the tip. I was worried since the seller did not offer paisa pay. Thanks for your suggession. Now The seller has been removed by e bay.

If you are unsure about a seller, open communications with them. Ask them about the product and shipping etc.
See how fast they respond, do they provide you with all the info..do they seem nice.
If they seem genuine and professional, then why not buy from them. Everyone starts on zero feedback.
