How do I get the seller send good item ? - Non working charger Nokia 6230

Hello,

I've ordered & recieved a Nokia 6230 about a month back , but the charger is in non-working condition. Every time I call the seller , he tells me that he shipped it by ordinary post and will send another piece by courier in two days , - two days from whenever I call him.

Anyone here can tell me how to get the seller send me a working charger ?

In the 1st box, click on Ask about bidding or buying
In the 2nd box, click on Bidding and Buying
In the 3rd box, click on you didn't receive item or it wasn't as described

Just tell the buyer i am leaving a negative feedback and filing a dispute.

You will get the charger. And if you dont receive it , believe me for a genuien reason do nto think before filing a dispute. As it is - dispute is being used for all sort of nonsense by buyers these days. You although have a genuine cause. !! Sunny 🙂

I TOO FACED THE SAME PROBLEM WHEN I DID NOT RECEIVE A MOBILE PHONE WHICH I BROUGHT FROM SELLER FROM DELHI.
BUT THEN I OPENED A DISPUTE WITH THAT SELLER AND AFTER 2 MONTHS RECEIVED THE WHOLE AMOUNT REFUND FROM BAAZEe

NOW YOU CAN OPEN A DISPUTE OR THREATEN THER SELLER.HE SURELY WILL SENT U A CHARGER THEN,BECAUSE I DONT THINK SO ANYBOGY WILL LIKE TO FACE A SUSPENSION OR A -VE FEEDBACK FOR SUCH A SMALL ITEM LIKE A CHARGER.
