Bazee was more interactive than ebay

Actually Baazee was more informational and more interactive between the buyer and seller. It was having an active middle role in solving the disputes between the buyer and seller. But I feel the ebay is not much interactive and it will be better if it functions with the options similar to Baazee.

I agree that Baazee.com was more user-friendly and quick in resolving issues between buyers and sellers. Personally, I had bid for an item and unfortunately, got the same item as gift from a friend. But, I got an alert by that time. I had replied to that alert atleast 3 times exlaining my situation but there was no response from the seller or ebay and the alert just kept showing everyday in my mailbox.

Also, I was able to get the seller's email id easily in baazee which help in communicating with the seller easily many a times. Ebay doesnt help us identify email ids. This may be for security reasons but is very painful at times.

These processes needs to be streamlined better.

don't agree. Ebay and baazee are just same only some techniques are different.
But overall it's just same and I find it very easy too just like baazee. I m
loving Ebay seriously.

devinga!! Why do u want seller's email id when u contact that seller via Ebay
contact member service. Too fast and easy service use that service Ok. Btw u
will get seller's id in mail when u purchase anything from that seller and
seller will also get ur email id in that mail.

Still ebay is a intertional formula. Baazee was a real Marker place - A real community . a living community

Ebay is a classic community which has softwares and rules to insure moral values.. GR8

sastaitshop IS 99% CORRECT,BUT I THINK BAAZEE WAS EASIER TO HANDLE AS WELL AS THEIR POLICIES WERE SIMPLE AND EFFECTIVE,
I LOVE YOU BAAZEE.
