I have ordered a 64GB hp pendrive on ebay.in on 24th April,2018. The product was delivered to me on 10th May after filling Ebay Guarantee Claim as it was **bleep** to be delivered by 30th april. After getting the product while I was checking it , it was found to be defective. I contacted customer service and they told me to contact hp service centre for further assistance, I did contact so, then they asked me about the product code which is surprisingly missing in it. Local customer cares refused to provide any service and they rold me to contact hp head office by mail. I did so. They clearly told me that the product is fake and they advised me to contact seller. But whatever contact available to me of the seller ,each of them was unreachable. I have attached the mail copy as sent by the pny for the product.
This is totally fraud. I never ever expected this from ebay. You have cheated me. I want full refund otherwise I have to visit consumer forum.
