Fake Shipping Details

I bought an Item using Paisa Pay. The seller added an shiping detail of DTDC, No Z75986840, as I tracked The Itemed I found that the shiping information is fake and of some other Destination Address. It is already delivered at Gurgaon. I tried to conact the seller but he doesnot pick the phone.

What can I do??
Please Help me!

PaisaPay covers you as a buyer for upto Rs. 50,000/- which means you are safe and secured. Since you have paid through PaisaPay we assure you that your money is safe with us.

We have taken note of this case and we request you to try to contact the seller once again and our team will look into this separately.

If you still do not get the product within the timeframe that you must have been notfied in the emails from PaisaPay you may raise a claim of 'Item not received'.

You may also keep updating this thread and I'll be more than happy to help you and provide assistance.

Thanks for your response and assurance. The seller is doing this intentionally. It will delay the whole buying. This experience of buying on ebay was horrible. he used very rough language and asked to pay directly in his account.. First he rejected PaisaPay later he agreed to it. Now to delay transaction he is doing like this. I think he don't have the product or want to sell me. IT TOOK A FULL MONTH to complete the TRANSACTION.

IT discouraged me to buy anything on ebay.

As I go throuh discussion board i found there are lots of seller who to save there skin put a FAKE SHIPMENTS as the last day approaches.

No doubt PaisaPay assures of Payments but the agony one feel becouse of delay....is very bad experiance.

WHAT ACTIONS CAN BE TAKEN AGAINST SUCH SELLERS??

IS case Filing in CONSUMER COURT can be a lesson to these type of sellers?

I am also facing a similar problem. The sellers are entering Aramex shipping details, and when I contact Aramex, they say they have not received the parcel. How do I get a refund?
