I have issue with an Item purchased from Ebay India. The seller emailed me WRONG product KEY which did not work for me. I tried to contact seller but he is NO LONGER a registered user. I cannot claim refund as I'm outside of India, and I'm not getting OTP on my registered Number to complete the claim process?. How can I get my refund ???

Paid for 2 pieces and received one 1 piece which is Fake product....

Seller isn't replying.... I had claim but ebay rejected on both the issue ...

1. Paid for 2 pieces received only 1.
2. The 1 piece received is Fake product.


But look ebay surprise .... The whole transaction is non eligible for ebay gurantee...it mean we hv to check which one is eligible or not eligible for ebay gurantee.....

This experience is 1st time happen in my all the e-commerce transaction.
