Ebay is increasing revenue through petty frauds

Its been a month since my two refunds(Rs.2422, Rs.1360) got approved but they never reach my bank account, I'm totally convinced ebay believes in petty frauds to raise profit figures, ebay guarantee is just a fake promotion to cover up such unlawful practices. Would never purchase again from ebay India.

Dats true.. on ebay some sellers like cart2indiaonline are making scam.. i purchased a item from cart2indiaonline but not received, i mailed them several times but no response. and they provided fake shipping details, ebay should check if sellers are scamming, i am also thinking not to buy from ebay anymore..
