Ebay fooling customers with expired discount coupons?

I planned a purchase when i received a 10% discount coupon on my email but when i tried to use it on 22nd Aug, it said the voucher has expired whereas in the email expiry date was mentioned as 25th Aug.

I raised this issue with cust care but as usual they had nothing but false assurance that your issue will be solved 'very soon'.

If it was really meant for use, why isn't ebay reissuing it immediately??

The same in my case too.Even I received acoupon that expires on Aug 25.But when i used it,it says the coupon has expired.
Why Ebay is fooling customers.Am loosing trust in eBay

Hi friends i faced the same problem when i first of all used my coupons.I did not make the purchase and i wrote to ebay customer care.Within two days the contacted me with new coupon codes with same discount and it was successful.There may be some electronic mistakes and i hope your problems have been already solved or will be solved soon.Cheers.
